The staff at this True Value went above and beyond to help us as we were traveling through Chamberlain last week. Friendly and caring staff, they helped us get set up with everything we needed to fix our worn though trailer chains and trailer brake cable- they even let us borrow a hammer. They were also able to cut us a new pod key that we had been in search of. Exceptional customer service!
