They make all kinds of promises regarding customer service but they don't follow through. They say that they will send supplies automatically but they don't. They say you can order online but you can't. If you call them you will be on hold for 15 minutes or more. You order supplies from a person and they might send them out or you might have to call again in a week and be on hold for another 15 minutes just to hear an excuse about why they didn't send supplies. Then you have to drive across town to pick the supplies up because you can't trust that they will mail them. What happened to customer service?
We’ll staff kinda sucks they don’t seem interested in actually helping you unless it benefits them 100% they won’t help you find a product that works best for you and won’t help your insurance company cover part of the costs
They have such a great selection of lift chairs. Staff was professional and very good with my mother when picking out her chair. Would recommend again and again.
Friendly staff, I have two CPAPs, one from them, one bought online, they are very helpful with any needs/problems. Mel, Jay, Kim, and Trish are my go to people there. Would recommend over any other DME especially Avera. Edit: Kim and Jay are no longer here, customer care has diminished since they left, no longer recommend this DME provider. Not sure where in town has the best customer service anymore.
People are very nice but waiting for someone to get on the phone is RIDICULOUS. Sometimes waiting on hold for 15 to 30 minutes! Plus they do not have automatic reordering like alot of other medical supply companies.
First off I see people on here talking about the staff being rude. I did not have that same experience at all. The ladies at the desk were very helpful to me. Answered all my questions and when they didn't have an answer they found out the answer for me. Called me back when they said they would. When I needed a modification done to my cpap the wonderful lady called my doctor for me and took care of everything. I had a great experience at Sanford. Maybe some of you people should try avera home medical. That place is straight garbage .
Always know how to help me get my dads equipment parts. Very friendly
The staff is always helpful and very friendly. Kim goes out of her way to make recommendations and explain how to use the equipment. I would highly recommend Sanford Health Equipment to my family and friends.
I have been doing business with these guys for over a year now and I have been very impressed with how I've been treated. I primarily deal with Dan and he always takes the time to make sure I have what I need and I know how to use it. All the negative reviews from other customers don't reflect the quality and professionalism of this team of people. They do a good job.
Very, very poor communication and staff is rude. They are not willing to work with you on figuring out insurance coverage and they have workers answering the phone who know no information. I have never been so unpleased with a vendor in my life and this makes me very sad as they are suppose to be the ones helping patients going home and being successful. They do not seem to care at all.
