Definitely not Subway or Arby’s in the best way!. Me and my wife both enjoyed our sandwiches. Portions were very generous especially the Smoked Meat. If you’re into sandwiches, check this place out.

Great food I usually get delivered by dash when I'm working in Red Deer

I used to love Chachis and was so excited when we got a Red Deer location. However, the last time I ordered a fairly large order, 8 sandwiches for the office the employee chose the tip option on the cash register and gave herself a tip. With Covid we don’t often touch the key pad so at the time I didn’t think anything of it. But she didn’t offer me a receipt and I saw her take the money out of the cash register to tip herself and after calculating the amounts I realized what she did. I will never be back due to this experience.

I am absolutely obsessed with this place so is my boyfriend and sister. The blackened chicken ceaser is to die for. I could literally never get sick it. Best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Wish the Mac and cheese was better. Little bland

They hired a newer staff member and leave her alone to go sit in the food court when it is busy. I only notice this when they start to get very busy, that’s when they leave her alone and refuse to help. I feel very bad for her

Good as a sandwich place, not good a good place to get mac and cheese. I ordered a pill pork Mac and cheese and watched them put it in the microwave right in front of me. The pork had a lot of flavor but part of the taste was ruined by the microwave and it the meat was mostly cold or room temp while the macaroni was boiling hot. The pulled pork would have tasted great on a sandwich. Don't get mac and cheese, get the sandwiches instead.
