Chachi's Guildford

I had the Cali sandwich and my fiancée had the Bahn Mi. They were both delicious!!! Nice bread, was soft and chewy. The drinks were also delicious. Cherry iced tea and peach lemonade. The mac and cheese was pretty tasty, a bit on the peppery side but good.

Ordered one vegetarian sandwich and a bowl of soup today from Guildford Chachi. I have to say it’s the worst. 1 one sandwich and a bowl of soup $21 plus 15% tips to the lady. I remember it came out to be $25 in total. I tried Chachi before from another branch I know its good so I was willing to pay that price. But what $25 was paid for, was disappointment and upset tummy. 2 lady was slow, that’s fine I was patient cause I expect good food from her. Saw her scratched her hair/head with her glove , I just have to keep an eye close for that. Saw the food counter was filled with crumbs, ok fine she’s probably busy. 3 finally got my food, was so looking forward although I knew it was not food safe prepared. when I took a sip of my soup, it was dead cold! I took it back to her and told her its cold but she didn’t seem to know what to do and told me it’s straight from the soup pot. I looked at the soup pot, its half way up and lid was half opened. No wonder it’s cold. I was furious but trying to be understandable, I said do u have a microwave????!! Can u Kind enough to heat it up. Well she did for few minutes, when I went back to my seat and took another sip, it’s lukewarm temperature. Omg. if she microwave for so long ans still came out lukewarm, not hot …..you can imagine how cold the soup was. I know the soup is not chill soup, don’t give me that its supposed to serve cold! I ordered the same stuff at another branch its supposed to be nice and hot. I have food safety certificate, to see the way food was being handled, I tried to have my eyes close. But she nailed down few things that any food handler is not supposed to do, with a price of $25 I could have went to a good restaurant for that price. Disappointed ans disgusted.i probably will go to another Chachi just not this one. All night my tummy was growling , I hope I will not get food poison.

My husband heard a fair bit of hype behind this place and thought he'd try the Korean BBQ beef sandwich. Firstly, I was surprised by the price of it, $16 WITHOUT a side. But we figured, what the heck, it's a new place and we'll just share it and try it out. First of all: NOT a big sandwich. Secondly: did not look like a Korean BBQ beef sandwich. It basically just had lettuce, WAY too much mayo, and beef between a chiabatta bun. And it tasted EXACTLY like a sandwich with flavorless beef, mayo and lettuce. I'd expect that level of quality from a Wendy's or a gas station. We won't be ordering from there again. I got a 3 box meal of Chinese food from the same food court that was SIGNIFICANTLY better, and it was around the same price range and they gave me WAY more for my money.

This place has delicious food, the drinks are ok but I'd personally go for the canned stuffFood: 5/5

The Mac and cheese was too soft. Everything else was delicious.

Good sandwich store found in Guildford town centre which many options.fast and convenient and located right in the food court.

Delicious turkey-cranberry-brie sandwich - MUCH better than the standard food court fare, with an obvious emphasis on quality and 'home made'. Great sustainable packaging. Would definitely eat here again.

We order work lunches here all the time. good food. However I got charged twice for the same meal and cannot get a call back for a refund. Be careful ordering on line.

Absolutely horrible. I was angry I spent money on this. I got the Cesar chicken and it was not tasty, the bread was dry. Sauce was from the grocery store and the toppings were not fresh. My mom got the California and the quac was brown, bread dry and no taste whatso ever. Honestly subway is 100% better. Especially for the price. Will not be back or recommend. I wanted to stop their customers in the line up from ordering, thats how bad it was.

I find the name of the place funny because I associate chachi as not a good thing, however don't judge this sandwich by its name. I absolutely love the sandwiches they make here. Everything tastes fresh and the ingredients all seem superior to say Subway. Definitely try one yourself, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
