A pleasant surprise. The food was fantastic, the Pad Thai especially. The price was reasonable, and the service was tremendous. Excellent location and is a must-go if you visit Bedford and enjoy the Asian cuisine.
Yesterday we thought would give Thai cuisine a try and decided to give ChaBaa Thai a try. My wife and daughter have eaten there before but this was my first time. First I would like to say that the restaurant has a nice cozy feel to it. Our server was very attentive and quick to get anything we needed. We ordered the Birds Nest, spring rolls and I ordered thai wonton soup for appetizers which were all great. The wonton soup had large wonton and there was a good amount unlike some places only give you a couple. The birds nest had a beautiful presentation and the pork was mild to the palate. Their spring rolls were hot, crispy and tastey. My 11 year old daughter really enjoyed the spring rolls. For the main course we ordered Mango Prawns with a side of white rice. My wife ordered Thai Noodle soup with Prawns and my daughter ordered cashew tofu which they both really enjoyed. Their prices were also very reasonable which I was impressed with. The only area of opportunity that I could really see was I would recommend just giving people a little time to relax after they finish their meal. I dhonestky don't believe it was intentional which is why I am giving a 5 star, but our waitress was very quick and attentive so we had our bill just as we were finishing up. The only other area area of opportunity would be to have desert added to the menu. I asked for the desert menu and was told that they don't serve desert at this location. Overall, this location had good quality, tastey food at an affordable price, so we will be back. Thank you for your great service! Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian options including Tofu dishes. Kid-friendliness: My 11 year old really enjoyed it. Parking: There is a fair amount of parking behind the building. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, this location is easily accessible by wheel chairs and has wheel chair parking. Dietary restrictions: Just a word of caution to those with nut allergies. This cuisine does have nuts in some dishes which is listed on the menu.
We have shared takeout from Cha Baa Thai with friends before but never eaten in. We went to the Bedford location tonight for an early dinner and had an absolutely excellent experience. It was quiet a bit early for usual diners I would think. We were greeted quickly and warmly at the door. Asked to sign in, and taken to our table. The floor space has been rearranged to allow for proper distancing - we felt very comfortable with our servers directions. Table service was very prompt and attentive. We ordered spring rolls to start which were fresh and delicious; I would eat the dipping sauce with a spoon! My husband had the red curry with chicken, and I had the Masaman curry with chicken. We both agreed the flavours, quality and quantity were spot on! I couldn't believe how much chicken was in my dish - I could easily eat it for three meals. The sweet potatoes still had excellent texture, not too crunchy or soft. Really blown away with our meal here and prices were very reasonable, considering how long we will be eating this meal. Would highly recommend Cha Baa Thai if you're a Thai food fan! We will be back.
Service is so friendly and quick, and food is absolutely delicious! I just love the chicken pad Thai, and cashew chicken dishes. Also has a lovely and relaxing atmosphere, and is super clean. This is a great go-to Bedford spot!
One of the best Thai restaurants I’ve been to since moving here from Ontario 6 months ago. Food was full of flavour and presentation was great. Place was clean and service was good.

Food is ok, well priced, service is not bad. The cashew chicken and pad thai are really good here, but not a big fan of their curry.
I eat there today and I was a bit disappointed. The food was ok, but the service was cold maybe she has a hard day. But the tea, OMG, I never thought when I order green tea that they will bring LIPTON green tea, is so gross. I really hope they chnage this and bring real green tea as an offer.
