The pros: Lovely, well-tended property; the family suite made for a great home base. Beds were super comfy and L'Occitane toiletries were a big hit. Kids especially loved the "hidden" Murphy bed, making waffles at breakfast, the pool, and pool table. The adults enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, the small but adequate workout room, and being able to leave our huge pile of boots outside the unit, in the vestibule area we shared with our neighbour. Staff were unfailingly professional and helpful. The cons: There were a few annoyances during our stay that would have bothered me less IF this were a less expensive hotel. We started with a rough check-in experience (front desk was overloaded with guests checking in with only 2 staff were working, no luggage carts were available, the driveway was blocked by another guest's car). On top of this, our key cards didn't work and required several back and forth to front desk to fix. So, nothing earth shattering, just a bit of a bummer. Still, we had a very good time and none of these annoyances detracted from the overall enjoyment.

This place is amazing. I have never gone to a hotel that cared so much for their guests. The valet/shuttle is amazing. We were flying out of YUL airport and were figuring out how to get there since it’s about an hour and a half ride. The valet Allie over heard and worked something out for us and drove us to the airport and that is not part of their service. Thank you so much for making our trip so swift and caring for us. Definetly will stay here again next time. Rooms are perfect suite style. No complaints what so ever. Thank you Allie and thank you to the rest of the staff as well!

LOVE this hotel. Everyone who works here is very friendly and accommodating. We've stayed here twice. The rooms are extremely clean and cozy. Very relaxing hot tub and decent breakfast options. Free shuttle to and from the mountain. Delicious restaurant inside. Highly recommend!

Great rooms. Has a small cooking area for some fun snacks. Great decor. And overall a great experience. The only problem we had was the lack of outlets for different uses.

The worst experience ever! Rooms are very dirty. Dust everywhere lots of it. Sticky bathroom floors, dirty sheets.Poorly equipped kitchen. Horrible breakfast with fake eggs and moldy bread. Our concerns were ignored by staff and manager. Very disappointed with the experience. Will never stay there again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Re to the management: We were offered 15% discount on our next stay Not planning to stay there ever again so not much helpful and 15% discount won’t change the fact that room was dirty and moldy food was served that’s a huge health hazard!!!! Considered to your customers? We voiced our concerns next morning and were told that made will replenish cups utensils etc that never happened! Even garbage wasn’t taken out the next day that just shows how considerate you are. For the 15%off our next stay you suggest we should lie and give a good review?? So other people fall in the same trap ? it’s not worth it I rather let people know the truth about the service and this hotel. Not everyone can be manipulated with 15%off
