I have stayed here twice in the past couple months and... well, the new owners ARE making improvements. But so far it's lipstick on a pig. Nicer lobby, dumpy rooms. I've stayed at the Running Y Golf Resort and that was really nice. This is definitely dragging down the name Running Y. Temperature was very difficult to modulate in both rooms. Doors (exterior motel style doors) were ill fitting, drafty, and didn't block noise or ants. Bathroom faucet didn't function correctly (Rm 258). I know they have spent a bunch of money. They just need to spend so much more before I will try this place again.

Sort of felt like a dungeon due to the room not having a front window..door was sticking very hard to open and close, the room was nice and clean, nice big screen tv..you can tell it's been upgraded. Had to find an ice machine which was very far from my room which was not at location where it stated on the map that was provided. Hotel on website says it has free breakfast but there isn't anything free here. The water that was in the fridge in the room wasn't even free. The lobby was the best thing about this hotel.

Nice, clean hotel. Great, courteous staff. They got a really nice restaurant that they opened recently. I stayed here as a Priceline random deal thing and have to say I have really enjoyed my stay and would come here again. We arrived here early with our 3mo old and the front desk staff was able to get us a room which was so nice and considerate! Location is nice, close to the highway, convenient.

We were a party of 3 couples and all 3 paid the same price for different kind of rooms. We (luckily) got the nicest one but the other rooms were not great. In any way, this is not a new property as advertised. Thanks front desk staff could be better mannered. May visit again though just for the Jacuzzi in the bathroom (again, we we're lucky. This isn't available in all rooms).

Recently revamped with new ownership by Running Y. Clean and very spacious rooms! Pool and jacuzzi. And they have also reopened the restaurant/lounge on site that was closed for a long time, now called Apatite and the food is great!
