I recently got engaged, and I had the ring custom made from Cerellis. Tyler was absolutely incredible all the way through from design to production of the engagement ring. I worked with him and shared a general idea for elements to incorporate into the ring. He was very accommodating with my ideas and supportive, but also kept me grounded in what would make a ring difficult to make or maintain. It was neat to watch the process unfold from a CAD drawing of the ring, to a prototype, to the real thing. When he showed me the design, I was completely blown away. It was perfect, within our budget, and also made on time. At no point did I feel pressured to spend more than my budget, and Tyler couldn't have made a better ring! I couldn't be happier with Tyler and Cerelli Jewellers, they truly are the best in the business.

Great customer service and spot on with recreating a loss engagement ring. I lost the diamond from my engagement ring and my insurance company recommended Cerelli Jewellers. I was very pleased with the speed of the whole process from start to finish. Staff were extremely friendly and updated me constantly on the progress of my replacement ring. I was provided with two choices in diamonds which were both within our price range. It was only a few weeks and I had my engagement ring back on my finger and it is beautiful. So happy with the service we received that we are also getting our wedding bands resized and recreated. Great company to deal with and I would highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs and questions.

I lost my engagement ring that I've had for over 37 years while swimming in a lake this past summer which was devastating. I made a claim through insurance and it was sent to Tyler at Cerelli Jewellers for an estimate. I was happy with how the claim was handled through Cerelli and decided to go with them to re-create my ring. Tyler was amazing right from the beginning of the process. He came to my office to retrieve my wedding band and to size my rings. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and brought me my rings once complete. I am so happy with my new rings. They are absolutely stunning. I would 100% recommend Cerelli Jewellers and Tyler for any of your jewellery needs. The first picture is my rings before and the second and third pictures are my new rings. I am so in love with them and so happy to have my rings back on my finger.

I recently lost the diamond on my engagement ring, on the year of my 30th wedding anniversary. I was devastated to say the least! I worked with Tyler to replace my diamond. Not only did they replace it but they reinforced all the diamonds on my engagement band and my wedding band! My set looks brand new and UPGRADED!!! My husband is taking full credit...of course! I am beyond happy and impressed with how my wedding bands have come together! Tyler, Nadia and the Cerelli team were wonderful to work with, offering us such skilful knowledge and helping us throughout the entire process. We are so pleased and grateful for what will always be a deeply cherished piece that signifies our beautiful relationship. My Wedding Rings are a set of 5 individual eternity rings. The middle ring is the main showpiece of very high quality baguette diamonds set in platinum. We have detail work with small diamonds along the top and bottom of the band as well as an engraving on the inside. The fit is so comfortable and smooth. There are four eternity bands of again very high quality white and brilliant black diamonds, all four of these bands are set in 14k white gold. I am able to mix and match the order, wear together or separately - I love the versatility of this! I highly recommend Cerelli Jewellers for honest and fair appraisals for custom work. If you are looking for custom Jewelry, this is you place! Let me start by saying, I drove over an hour to get here each time. We could have gone somewhere much more conveniently located to us, but we decided after speaking with Tyler that it was worth the drive. This is my second custom engagement ring and I can tell you the experience I had with Tyler was 1000x better than my first. I didn't feel pressure to accept a design I wasn't happy with or increase the amount we had budgeted. Tyler knew what we were working with and he walked us through step by step making sure that we were happy and on track the whole way through. The ring is stunning! The speed in which he had it ready was also very impressive. We brought our little guy to the consultation with us and Tyler was so kind to make sure he was happy and entertained, even engaged the whole way through. There's something to be said about people who demonstrate that they value their clients. We felt valued and that made the experience even better. I'm left with a beautiful ring of my own design which frankly was better than what I could have purchased pre made in a store for the same money, that several other people would have as well. Tyler has our families loyalty from here on out. I would strongly recommend at the very least, contacting Cerelli and hearing what they can offer you.

I lost the stone from my wedding ring and decided to put through insurance to get replaced. My insurance company used Cerelli to determine the value of my ring. From the very start Tyler has been very informative, kept my in the loop every step of the way. He sent me different pics of stone sizes and quality to choose from. The moment I decided that Cerelli was the jeweler I was going to use has been a great experience all the way through the process. Even down to getting my ring couriered and making sure it was sent back in a very timely fashion. Everyone I dealt with at Cerelli has been very friendly and experienced and caring. If I had to do it again I would use Cerelli hands down.

There are actually no words to say about how blown away I am at the service here. Tyler and Nadia are amazing, so prompt, so professional. If anyone wants to know what 10/10 service is, this is it. I was there for an engagement ring and the process was so seamless. My favourite experience with Tyler and Nadia was that they didn't try to up-sell me or try to close quick. From start to finish hands down the greatest jewelers to work with!!! Nadia has brought so many dreams to reality perfectly.
