Clean casino.  Not a fan of the poker chips, they are too new and hard to grab, stacking them constantly felt like a chore.....   The players at the table aren't very good either, was not very challenging to double my money.  Would not recommend good poker players to come and play.  Be heading back to that other casino where the chips smell like pee and it takes 40 mins to get a drink.

Menu said it had brownies, pizza and lots more stuff yet none of it was available. Buffet was very limited and food was cold, not ideal for vegans either. ATM withdraw fees with $3 compared to $5 at other places, lots of fun slots. Staff was great and helpful. Opening night was awesome.

Hours of operation on the website and Google maps are 24 hours on Friday. I came at 7:00 AM, Friday, 9.12.2022 and it was closed. No stuff, no security, nobody answers for my call. I have never seen such awful kind of awful service. You position yourself like the biggest and the best casino in Calgary, but you are the worst. I spent my time and fuel to come from other side of the city and see closed doors.

The food is is tasty ate 3 times here, and good prices at that. The only problem I have is that at the waited forever for the food , and at the blackjack table was waiting for a seat even though it’s a 6 person table but 4 ppl we’re playing all spots so I stood there hoping someone or the dealer would say something so I can sit in, even though you can play 2 spots u have to have a min bet on the 2nd spot and that was not happening so it comes down to the dealer should of made sure that the min bets were made or let ppl sit in. Not happy been here lots Again dissatisfied BUT FOOD IS GOOD , final got on table to play blackjack the dealers were funny and helpful,

Nice room : A lot of the better dealers from other poker rooms have ended up here. My only complaint was that it was SUPER cold. Nearly all of the players had their coats on still. The game was loose and splashy—I'd go back... with warmer clothing.

The experience everywhere on the floor was great until you go to the main bar. Three of the servers looked at us continued to walk away and went to talk with one of the other customers. Eight minutes later the one server said wow no one came to serve you I'm like you seen us waiting with the other two. Not returning ruined the whole new experience vibe for us. And really it's just like the rest of the other casinos in and around Calgary. Nothing special the vlt games are all the same and boring to play. Was hoping for some new and exciting ones. Just the same build as all the rest.

I like the new casino, quite spacious. The food at the buffet restaurant was fair. Very quiet Thursday night, likely the cold kept some people away. A little tricky to get to the first time. Broke even on the slots which some days is a win!

Went for dinner here and Tamara my server was great. She attentive and very personable. Nice wine selection. Would like to see hooks on the back of lady’s bathroom doors. Where does a gal put her purse, the bathroom floor? Eek

Sad to see a new casino open up with old sticky machines. Not much for franchised/new slots, just the average games. The casino is very nice inside. Hopefully they get better games in the future.

4 of 5 stars; its really out there, like so far away from where I live. Other than the location, though, the casino is very nice!! Very spacious!! Very friendly & professional staff. It's super clean & I love the layout. I feel like I'm in an adult arcade. They have tons of game selections, but they still have older slots too which is awesome.
