OUR STORY
Reynard Real Estate Ltd. was originally incorporated in July/87. The decision was made in July/97 to join the Century 21 system and become Century 21 Reynard Real Estate Ltd. This decision made us part of the world’s largest real estate organizations. We currently specialize in Residential Sales, Commercial, and now also have a Recreational properties Team.

OUR TEAM
The Century 21 Reynard Real Estate Team has now grown to the largest real estate team in the Kenora area. The team consists of 13 realtors, 1 support staff, and 2 managers. Five of our team of 13 realtors are Brokers, some of which have 27 years experience in the business. Five of our Realtors have achieved the highest award in the Century 21 system, “Centurion Producer”. The office has achieved Gold Medallion Status every year, except in 2007, 2011, and 2012 when it was honored to reach Centurion Office. In 2011 the office was nominated for the Franchise of the Year, and was awarded fourth place.

OUR EXPANSION OF SERVICE TO THE FORT FRANCE & RAINY RIVER DISTRICT

In April of 2013 we decided to venture out and service the Fort Frances & Rainy River District, and are pleased to introduce Chad Jack - Broker and Wanda Huitikka-Wipf - Salesperson as part of the Century 21 Team. Chad and Wanda where both raised and currently live in Fort Frances. OUR RESULTS
Our office has consistently held the majority of the local market share in Kenora. Our salespeople strive to make sure that all of their customers are satisfied and this shows in the customer satisfaction survey that we have sent out to clients, with a 96% satisfaction rate
