I had the worst phone experience ever with Kathy the receptionist. I called trying to reschedule a viewing and she was rude right from the beginning. Her best questions were actually statements, " Name" "Time". If you've  had a bad day, like many people do, leave it at the door. If you don't like your job then find a job that you enjoy doing especially when you're working in customer service.

Unnecessarily calling people and asking if they are selling the house. One of the agent from this place keep calling and asking if they can come today to evaluate??? The receptionist is terrible and the way she talk??
