I am writing this review to bring to your attention my dissatisfaction and concerns regarding the performance of one of your secretaries. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with this particular individual have left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.nFirstly, I have noticed a consistent lack of professionalism exhibited by the secretary in question. I believe that effective communication is vital in a doctor's office, and such negligence undermines the trust and reputation of the practice.nMoreover, I have found the dismissive and unhelpful when it comes to addressing my concerns or providing adequate information. Their overall attitude conveys a lack of empathy and attentiveness towards patients. Instead of demonstrating a willingness to assist and ensure a positive experience, their demeanor has only added to my dissatisfaction.nOIn this last occasion I asked the secretary numerous times to provide me with her name so I can make a complaint and she refused to give me her name until I provided mine and then proceeded to hang up on me. In light of the experiences outlined above, I urge you to address these issues promptly. Improvements in the secretary's professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail are crucial to ensure that patients like myself feel well-cared for and respected. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to seeing improvements in the near future.
Dr. Sweidi is AMAZING! She is caring and listens to your every need/questions! I give HER 5 stars!nBut calling the clinic and having to deal with the miserable secretary is discouraging. She barely gives you the time to speak, rushes you off the phone and sounds like she absolutely hates her job.nThey should reconsider someone else to be the first person we come into contact with because she’s horrible.
Doctors are great no complaints there. Removed 2 stars as someone needs to seriously consider giving the secretary a holiday. She rarely listens to the patients at her desk is rude and cuts them off.
Incompetence is the only word that comes to mind.nFor three weeks, we have been trying to get an appointment and managed to contact the secretary, but no appointment was offered. We called back today and the appointment is in three weeks. I really am speechless!
My star does not concern my family doctor at all, but for the secretaries who are extremely stupid and nonchalant, on the telephone it is worse, it makes no sense.
