Normally I never leave a bad review, but I have tried everything to get my husband to see our family doctor for the last 3 days. He is very sick since the weekend. The secretary told me to call a number she doesn’t want to give us an appointment over the phone for whatever reason and the number was not working and said there was no availability. My husband needs to see a doctor and no one is helping us. Not happy and this is unprofessional.

Dr. Sweidi is AMAZING! She is caring and listens to your every need/questions! I give HER 5 stars! But calling the clinic and having to deal with the miserable secretary is discouraging. She barely gives you the time to speak, rushes you off the phone and sounds like she absolutely hates her job. They should reconsider someone else to be the first person we come into contact with because she’s horrible.

Doctors are great no complaints there. Removed 2 stars as someone needs to seriously consider giving the secretary a holiday. She rarely listens to the patients at her desk is rude and cuts them off.
