Story

There is always something for you to do at Centre Leonardo Da Vinci.

Cherished as one of history's most innovative painters, architects and scientists, Leonardo Da Vinci forged a legacy of Italian beauty and excellence.

We are proud to celebrate his genius. Today, the Centre that bears his name is a paying tribute to the members of the Italian-Canadian community: the pioneers from all regions of Italy who have settled in Montreal in the past 100 years.

Situated in the heart of St. Leonard's administrative campus, the Leonardo da Vinci Centre is sustained by the Italian-Canadian Community Foundation of Quebec.

Through its cultural, artistic, sporting and social activities, the Leonardo Da Vinci Centre seeks to enhance the unity of Montreal's Italian community, nourish exchanges among people of all ages and strengthen bonds between cultural communities.

The Leonardo da Vinci Centre is the ideal place to organize events, meetings, art exhibitions, birthday parties or attend culinary and language courses, concerts or films. In addition, our modern sporting club facilities and activities for youth and seniors are always available.

Great auditorium. Have been to many shows here and the sound quality is nothing but professional. The café indoors is also quite good.
There is a gym, great service. Staff are helpful. Just one thing I don't like is that the changing rooms are on the ground floor and the gym is on the 2end, so every time I need somthing gotta go down. Besides that I enjoy be there.
We had a team dinner there. The service and food was excellent.
The Leonardo da Vinci is a nice centre. I came only for the Christmas Concert back in 2018 and it was a nice centre. It is surrounded near a park and it is close to pretty much the highway which makes it ideal to host an event there and surrounded by parks and public transit is not a problem since there is a bus service to and from the Metro. The only issues I had was that it is a little bit far from where we had to go and it was a pretty small venue. It also looks a little rundowned but other than that is is a nice and cool venue. Other than that it is a nice beautiful centre with many performances you can do and have.
It's very clean place . But they don't accommodate single woman who have one kid 5 years old to sit down and play with his iPad in front of me all the time letting me do my gym ...
I'm a member of the center and enjoy the various classes being offered there. Overall this is great place to keep active and healthy. There are also a number of social and cultural events organized throughout the year. I wish the facilities were better maintained however. In the main studio, where the big lasses take place the sound system and fans often do not work properly. The saunas and hot tub are sometimes our of use and not very clean.
One of the best community and sports centers around. Incredible staff. Super friendly and community oriented. Highly highly recommend to anyone, all ages, all interests, they will add value to your life
Although it is covid19, I am impressed with the cleanliness and the disinfection stations in many places. They put up some plexiglass for added protection at the entrance/exit. The hustle and bustle is missing, the restaurant seems to be closed. All in all I felt safe.
A great place for all kinds of activities, sports, language and other courses, indoor swimming pool, indoor bocce field, two theatres, and a third hall for various events, acting school for children, and a magnificent dance floor with DJ Antonietta on Saturday and Sunday nights. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the people are nice and friendly. Love it!
I've paid around $450 for one year access to the gym, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi are not working 1/3 of the time ask any regular, they will tell you it's not an exaggeration at all, employees are beyond self entiteld, the boys working at the entrance and the old coach working in the gym are the only good ones there, the tall fat man is very agressive and very disturbing, can't understand for the love of God how he can still be working there, otherwise if he is the owner, then I don't understand how he can treat his clients this way... To be honest, this gym is only lucky for not having any close competitor when it comes to a "5 Stars Sport Center", otherwise, nobody would go there, honestly if I was Italian, I would be ashamed of this place and as an European myself, it's saddens me, I don't know what they are doing with all the money they get from the goers. I never make reviews, only reason I'm writing this is that I know this place has so much potential, and it's really not that hard getting it right.
