Update. Been back a year later and almost all games were working and more modern games. Was definitely a hit with the group. 2020: Some games are a bit old but it's still fun nonetheless for both adults and all aged children. Huge play structure with air cannons. Clean and hand sanitizer everywhere.
Used to come here regularly. However, on the last few occasions we noticed there are way too many grown men without children which made us feel unsafe letting are 2 young children run around as well as grown men hogging the arcade games while children waited endlessly to get a turn. Finding more child friendly places moving forward. As you can see by the owners updated response. Invaliding customer experience and gaslighting people by telling them they are wrong and don't know what they are talking about is exactly the problem with this place. When 5 grown men are standing around games for an hour while children wait to get on this is frustrating. I can assure you the last time I saw several men wandering around and never meeting up with children or families over the course of our time there. In fact I saw several men leave without their "kids" or "wives" so yes, I have a problem when my 3 yr old child is in an enclosed private ride and an adult male hops in too. This is not appropriate. It did happen and does happen every time we have visited your facilities.
Would be much better if they maintained the place. Have gone three years in a row whenever I visit Quebec, and the quality has gotten worse and worse. Counted at least 10 broken machines. Very dirty and unkept. Would be nice if they added new machines. Not worth the price of entry. Response to owner: “Comment comes as a surprise to us” LOL!! Read your other comments!! Or take 15 minutes to walk around your arcade!! You’ll realize quite a bit :
Great place for everyone!! Games aren't new, a few were broken and there were a lot of people, but we had fun anyway.
Very nice friendly place, clean and well set up for kids 10 and under. Could use a few more snack foods and a banking machine so you can buy drinks or snack from vending machines on site. But we had a great time all in all :
Decent enough variety of games. Bring ear plugs if you have sensitive ears. Flat rate pricing for unlimited games up to 3 hours.
We came on a day trip from montreal. It was a nice drive up for the kids. The kids enjoyed the place but I think it was a bit expensive thankfully all the arcade games are free and they give 10 token for the candy and small toys machines.
Spent some time here with my little brother before going to the airport, which is quite close. Very fun place and friendly staff who helped us even with my poor French. The games were fun and unlimited. My brother loved the maze.
This was a pretty great place! My daughter says it was 5/5. My son says 4. What it has: free video games with the price of admission, really cool Slushies in nifty reusable containers keep your container, refills are cheaper!, cool ball room. Area is compact enough to let the kids roam free and parent comfy couches and other seating was ample. Entry way is on the small side. Not confident it is wheelchair accessible. No wristbands. If you're in, you've paid, and everything we played worked without coins or tokens. The environmentalist in me appreciated this waste-free system. Because the games are played hard and often, some were not working perfectly pretty sure Guitar Hero has a few loose wires, or maybe it's just my bad playing. The whole place has a well-worn atmosphere. The much-anticipated 4D experience was out of order when we visited, as was the beverage machine dispensing cold bottled water. The only drink we could access was the nifty slush, which was fun but eventually not refreshing. The canteen only serves slushies and popcorn. Lots of toutous for sale though, and I saw some people back at our hotel had colourful Carie Factorie towels. On the whole, worth a visit with little ones and any gamers in the family. Fun family outing. Although missing many attractions they have at places like our local Fun Haven no bumper cars, climbing walls, laser tag, etc., the all-inclusive price and safe atmosphere are really appealing trade-offs.
Nice time for anyone who likes games, solo or with friends. You can buy a ticket at 9am, leave for lunch, come back and just show your receipt and you can stat till 5pm. You can buy tickets for candy and games like the claw machine but all the games are free after the first 11$ anyone over 14.
