2nd time I've left the store due to an employee using foul language. There's a time and place for recounting stories. At work isn't one of them.

A decent sized hardware store quite far from la Lachute. It has most things that one needs for renovation and upkeep of homes and cottages. The service is excellent, but Saturday afternoons can be quite busy. They are more than willing to give you advice based on their own experience.

Expected better mus and bolts selection.

Terrible customer service! Waited at the paint department and nobody sowed after 5 minutes then went to the service desk, was at the counter with 3 employees behind the glass, no one took the time to acknowledge me or ask if I needed help, waited another 5 minutes while the talked together, still no service, I left and will not be back. I have spent thou$and$ here but no more. I live close enough to the BMR in Huberdeau!

Great, the cashier let me walk in with my dog. She even gave him cookies. And, by the way, I found what I was looking for.
