Safari has always been my all time favorite pet store! First of all, they always have a wide variety of products to choose from. Anything from dogs to fish and everything in between! I got all the things i need for my tank for a good price. And now I'll be going back this week to buy the fish once the water is ready!

I bought a cat carrier and was not sure if the size was appropriate for my cat. I asked the cashier if I could return it if it was not the right size. She said yes and gave me the receipt. She told me to keep it in case I needed to return the carrier. I returned the carrier the next day and both the assistant manager and manager refused to reimburse me informing me that it goes against their policy. I said that because I was misinformed that I want the reimbursement and they refused saying they will have their fingers tapped if they do. This is unprofessional, the customer service is terrible and the managers should have taken responsibility for their mistake and misinforming the customer. I won’t buy from this place again and I suggest you find another pet store that takes accountability for their mistakes.

Bought a blue Russian cat he was sick he almost died, they never cared, wanted me to bring the pet back i took him to the vet and hospitalize, for 1 week, went to court and they paid the bill. The employees are rude and careless, due to amazing vet treatment my cat is alive and well but i will never purchase another thing from these crooks.

Went there to get some food and toys for my animals, the service was amazing, they have alot of products for an express! The manager helped me through everything! She was really sweet and helpful. Would recommend to go there %!

This is the worst pet Supply store. I sent my mother in law by a betta fish from them, and they forced her to buy an aquarium, filters and other equipment that is not needed for a Betta. I will advised all of my contact to spot buying from them cause they will get scammed!

Bought a name plate for my pet here.Was told it would take around 3 weeks to arrive. Ater a month I still recieved no callback saying it had arrived so I called and was told it hadn't arrived yet. I attributed the tardiness to the postal services being overwhelmed. However its now been two month and still no sign of the name plate. It really shouldn't take this long to receive a product I have bought.

Animals are nothing but objects for them. Not only Do they not take care of them properly, but when asked to reserve for a certain animal, they just gave it to someone else because they "came first " when I called a few times in advance to get updated. Very unprofessional. On top of that, the manager told me she declawed her cats!!! Disgusting.

All animals look clean and well fed, only sort of issue is their crickets. On certain days of the week they have little to no crickets left, and the ones that are left are usually half dead.

Great staff. They are welcoming, truly invested in helping the customers and seem more knowledgeable than the staff at Mondou shops.

Amazing service! Highly recommend! We will definitely go back, for sure.
