Chose to shop at nature for ferrets since they come from a canadian breeder rather than marshals. We purchased our other ferret a few weeks before from Pointe-Claire Naturewhich was amazing and we were looking for a second one so we chose to come to Boisbriand. We bought our beautiful little girl November 27th and called her Cherry because hey eyes under certain lights are red I want to congratulate the workers and thank them for working so hard on training her to use the litter box, being used to human interaction and keeping her clean. Also, all staff were extremely kind! Unfortunately, the move to a new home stressed her out a lot and she bites a little but it’s 100% fixable and we have already seen improvement. She’s absolutely beautiful and we love her very much. She gets along with her brother great. She’s more on the calm side but they’re amazing buddies We had to go to the vet because she’s a chewer and it affected her bowel movements. We had to take away anything she can chew off and ingest but she’s better now. Other than that they said she was very healthy! Ps: dont worry they get play time for hours outside their cage every day!!!
The employees are the nicest! They took great care of the kitten I bought when they said she was sick, kept her until she was better and all for free. I could visit her as much as I wanted to, got great advice and everything I needed to know to take care of her!

Ouf votre section poissons est à pleurer. Dead fish in almost all tanks and your 5 bettas that are left are lying on their sides on the bottom barely breathing. Your should be ashamed
Employees are nice, manager is rude. We get a parrot worth almost 5000$ and ask if we get a gift for the parrot, and the manager just rudely says “no” and walks away. Not how you treat customers!
Clerks will only help if you ask, but otherwise it's a good place for all your companions' goodies! I also like that all cats and dogs here are from shelters, which I think is a great initiative! :
Absolutely appreciate the staff, especially my reptile guys. Always friendly, very knowledgeable and always available to answer my questions. Just down to earth, nice people. P.s. bugs and frozen rodents are top quality
One of the best places to get things for my rabbits and rats. Every species section is filled with stuff, so there's a lot of variety. The staff is super helpful as well as knowledgable and kind, always someone there to help. Favourite shop for finding things for my animals!
Will never set foot in this store again, completely unprofessional. Went the other day to adopt a puppy, was told right away by Natasha we had to only choose one out of the litter and fill out adoption papers for that exact pup, so we did after 3 hours of my daughter holding and playing with them, she made her choice. I filled out the papers and we were told we would be called shortly within 24 hours. The next day they called to inform us that another family was chosen for that particular puppy, and we were told if we wanted we could come choose another puppy or have our adoption papers destroyed. This was the biggest lack of professionalism there is, and broke my daughter's heart. They could have told us from the beginning that another family had already filled out papers for that specific puppy, and my daughter would have not even bothered looking at that one and would have chosen a different one. Now just found out that the dog my daughter wanted is no longer adopted and is back at the store good job!!!!!
This is the best pet store for supplies and for your aquarium fish. The staff is knowledgeable and always quick to respond. Very busy on weekends but they move quickly to serve everyone.
