Visited during the Matsuri festival this year, it was lovely to be able to see and purchase Japanese goods and food and support the Japanese community of Montreal.
I love Japan And also the bbq of Japan it's amazing. Japanese people are so friendly and nice.
I was in my first Japanese lesson today. Level 1A. Class was given in french, so "English only" speakers will have a hard time, but the Genki 1 is in English, so ‍ The place is very clean, the professor was very polite. I really like my first class and planning to continue there until advanced level!
Nice matsuri. Although it's getting more and more crowded each year. A change of venue with a more free flowing crowd would be greatly appreciated. The prices for the food are getting rather high as well.
Annual Matsuri was here. It was a great festival of Japanese culture. I loved the unique food offered that day.
If I don't need to wait like 30mins to buy one item of food, I would be more fun.
The staff is excellent and caring. I've learned enough Japanese with just the basic phrases to get around Japan in only a few months. They really so prep you to be fully conversational at a fast rate!
It's fun but the food is little bit expensif
Excellent festival, great for fun and cultural family activities and japanese food lovers. Gyozas and Takoyakis among the best. Need to better think how to keep refreshment cooler in a hot day and speed up servings. Kudos to the organizers, staff ,artists and volunteers.
