They have an accounting service. The accountant was shady. She didnt give me a rate but instead asked me how much my old accountant charged me. My old accountant was diagnosed with cov19 and she was very sick. The lady was a mess. She claimed my husband's birthday is wrong. I was floored. I was able to see she got my son and my husband's sin nums mixed up. She didnt even double check! In the end, she said she did file it but in case there is an issue, I should send another letter which I did! Now our tax is screwed up. My hub is missing his baby bonus and I am missing my GST/HST tax credit. I will not recommend them to anyone as something as basic as checking sin num, she couldnt even do! EDIT: I found out from CRA later she updated my son's name as my husband's name!
