Just rude people that don't want to help. I work at a larger bank and am a believer in the help the local guy mentality but they make it hard for sure. I think I might switch to rainbow since I've heard a lot of good things about them.

Central Maine Credit Union on Lisbon Street I am extremely disappointed with Central Maine Credit Union customer Service. This is not my first encounter with a rude teller, it is fair for me to say this location has many rude, impolite, discourteous tellers. Today’s teller Bekah who was working the online account section top them all. When I asked to speak with a manger I was introduced to one that was on her way out, who seems not to have a care in the world. I was further told, the other managers are in a meeting or at lunch and the CEO was out. Well then, there is no one to voice my distaste of service. Closing my account is inevitable at this time. Thank You Chantel for actually finding a way to resolve the issue.

Central Maine credit union is a credit union that does not like its members because if a member writes a central maine credit union check to someone and that someone tries to cash it in central maine credit union, the credit union charges 10.00 because there not a member. So what the credit union is saying is that there members can only do business with there members. This is the only financial Institution in the area that does this . They are cheating their members as well as the people who take their check.
