I wish I could give this facility zero stars. The facility is completely understaffed and patients are being treated unfairly because of it. My uncle (who has down syndrome) was placed here 4 weeks ago and has been neglected to the point of bed sores from the lack of care and his positions not being properly rotated in his bed. He is suffering from kidney failure and is immobile. We have come to visit him and found him covered in his own vomit and covered in urine because his colostomy bag leaked from being too full. His meds have been found lying on the floor because they didn't make sure he took it before they left his room. His room was so disgustingly filthy when we arrived today for a visit that we had to seek out an employee and request that they mop his floor(he spilled ginger ale and they left it to become sticky) and to wipe down his table. His mustache had food in it because there has been no mouth care. I could go on and on.... My family is currently looking to place him elsewhere so he can spend his remaining days being cared for the way he should be.

My cousin and my grandpa's sister came to visit my grandpa here and when they sat down they noticed a huge urine stain that had probably been there for days there was stuff from his feeding tube laying all over and his floor was like it hadn't been mopped in days! When they went out to tell the nurse his room needed to be cleaned she responded with "we have been short staffed sorry" This place really needs to be reevaluated by the state!
