Dr Patel is amazing. Needed wrist surgery twice within a short time after tripping over a dog and then falling on ice. Both times dr Patel was professional and follow up was always there. Surgery was successful. Highly recommend

I have RA and have carpel tunnel, and get tendonitis in my wrists. I get shots for this from the hand surgeon there. The last time I went in with another bad tendonitis, he took an exray and I asked to see it. He said you have arthritis in that hand/wrist. He talked about some bone out if place. So I asked is there surgery for this problem...He said to me... "We can take some bones out and ...THROW THEM AWAY"!!! WHAT A JERK. I will NEVER go back to him again. I always had good treatment before, and I don't care if he may have been having a bad day!!!!!!!

Came in with severe wrist pain and when the doc came in he barely introduced himself and forceably grab my wrist and twisted it to the point of tears and screams and kept going. And then stood up and said "at least you aren't faking" and left. Nurses gave 2 pain shots. He comes back in and says "oh you have gout " and gave me very little info and left again.. Havenhill is terrible and cruel with no bed side manner. Avoid at all cost.

Absolutely HORRIBLE billing practices. They will lie about sending you invoices and then give you less than two weeks to pay before sending your account to a Collection Agency who will ruin your credit, add collection fees, and bully and threaten you. MCO has great doctors but HORRIBLE office staff who are unsympathetic and downright rude. They don't return phone calls and are obviously unwilling to discuss alternate payment arrangements with you or negotiate any outstanding balances that they claim they owe them. I will NOT go back and will NOT recommend them to anyone I know.
