Ceiling Centre

I hired Ceiling Centre to help complete my basement renovation. They supplied & installed a 2x2 tile t-bar system. They were quick and efficient in the quotation process and sent me with a variety of cost effective options. The provided me a quick install date, and send a fantastic installer Jason to compete the project. He was efficient, tidy, professional & friendly. He made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. The new ceiling transformed this room into a much cozier space. I would absolutely recommend using Ceiling Centre for all your home reno projects. Their customer service & final end product exceeded my expectations.

As you can see, I only leave 5 star or 1 star reviews. From the time I contacted the Ceiling Centre for an initial quote, to the time we did the final walk-around and payment, all I can say is that I was given nothing but the finest customer service. At first, Brad came to do an assessment. He understood what I wanted to do take down my old ceiling with 2x4 tiles and dark T-bars, and put up something brighter and more modern, and really fleshed out how it would go. He connected me with a brilliant electrician for the pot lights, and we were off. We went to their lovely showroom where Logan showed us all the options, and really took his time with us. Jeff was there to coordinate the project with the general contractor me, and make sure timings were all correct. Kevin and Francis were excellent tradesmen who completed a fantastic looking ceiling, with literal white glove service. Hauer Power completed the electrical work and the pot lights make the space look a million times better. Prices were very reasonable, and service was amazing. Communication was open and honest. Support this veteran-owned business. Drop ceiling is the real deal - I would recommend nothing else unless you absolutely cannot. My basement doesn't look like an office - you don't even think about the ceiling, and now I have access for pipes, wiring, etc. It's perfect. I have been wanting a tin ceiling in my house since I moved here in 2001. I found the Ceiling Centre using Google and they have proven to be top notch. A rep came over and took measurements and then I went onto the show room to see the products available. Was able to ask questions so that I could make the choice for me. The products were ordered and arrived faster than expected. Installation was without incident and the end result is amazing. I would definitely recommend the Ceiling Centre if you are looking to improve your space. I finally have my tin ceiling! Yeah!

We expected service to go down because we took around 4 months to make up our minds, which meant multiple quotes. But service stayed great, quoting was fast, and when we were finally ready to book they had it done a week later and it looks fantastic.

Had great service in sales and installation for a basement project in December where I got white and black drop ceilings, copper tin panels and black Sagiper panelling. Jeff was helpful and patient as I changed my mind a few times. Highly recommend visiting the store to see the tin options in person. Small issue with one tile was fixed right away. Measurements were bang on, no wasted materials. Very happy with the results and would not hesitate to work with them again.

We had heard from another friend who had a ceiling tube put into their bathroom and it was fantastic so this made my husband & I also look into installing such an item. Our friends gave us the number for the Ceiling Centre and we had 2 installed making a huge difference to the light in our home. We would recommend their business, office staff and installer to be 100 percent satisfactory.

Jeff the salesman. Very open, educational and really knew the whole business. We talked about the solar tubes and the ceiling tiles, what our application would be. He took time to discuss everything we asked about. We were obviously not corporate buyers, but he treated us with that amount of respect. Ended up buying some on the spot and will be buying more. Ceiling Centre, Jeff is a keeper. Prices were reasonable and better than HD. Selection was beautiful. Thank you.

Unfortunately we had some water damage in our basement and ruined half of the ceiling. We called Brad at the Ceiling Centre on Monday morning- he showed up later that morning and provided a reasonable quote. We were impressed that the installers completed the removal and install of the new ceiling by Wednesday and it’s a perfect match to the rest of the ceiling !!! Brad and the installers were very professional and personable. Highly recommended!!! We will be installing a few Solatube’s next!!

Masen was incredibly helpful and personable. He did a a quote for me super quick and after calling around to a few places, he was definitely the most pleasant and the most helpful. The warehouse staff was quick and friendly and I would recommend this place anyone looking for ceiling supplies or installation!

We hired the ceiling centre to complete the dropped ceiling in our basement. From the time we first walked into their showroom a perfect way to get an idea of what tiles will look like installed, to Brad coming to measure and to Kevin and Frances coming to install, took only 2 weeks! The job the 2 installers did was incredible. It was very neat and tidy and the finished product is perfect! We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional, well done ceiling installation.
