First impressions driving up were not great, however the experience thereafter was pleasant. Owner was friendly, room was clean and quiet. Would stay here again as they allowed pets.

It was ok. Clean with coffee machine, microwave and a tv in the room, a bit expensive for me. 130$ for the night. But without any other choice, it was good.

Comfortable place in a very beautiful and wonderful town of Watson Lake in the Yukon Territory.

Rustic? I think SAD is a better way to describe it.
Yes they were built in the 1950's and if they had kept that look and maintained the rooms, it might be worth the $120.00. 

No cooler or fridge
No AC
Heater is on and can't be shut off.
Ancient mattress covered in stains, like the pillows
TV is small and old from the 1990's 
Furniture is in rough shape.

At least the white towels are still white. 

Honestly, If you can't find something else in town, keep driving. 
This place is the worst I have ever stayed at in almost twenty years on the road.
