Wow, i would highly recommend looking into your own insurance policy before getting any work done. They assured me I was covered but half way through my procedure they informed me I I was not. I opted to end the procedure early in hopes that I could save some money but was still charged the full price. When i asked why they would tell me I had coverage and advise me to book my expensive dental surgery, they told me it was my responsibility to look into my insurance even though they repeatedly told me they would make sure I was covered.

I am young and working a mininum wage job, and Cedar Dental Centre tricked me into getting a thousand dollar root canal. When I had my first appointment, the staff assured me that they would look into my insurance and let me know all about it. They told me how much it covered and the activation date. After the activation date that they told me, I eagerly booked my major appointments. I have been in severe pain for months and was so excited to hopefully have the pain relieved. They said it was 50/50 with either being my root canal or wisdom tooth causing me intense pain. Now, since I had coverage, I booked both. After my root canal appointment, they billed me the full price and told me I don't have coverage for an entire year because I was a late applicant at my place of work. I cancelled the rest of my appointments because I can't afford them, and am now stuck owing Cedar Dental a thousand dollars for a procedure that I only booked because their staff told me that I had 80% coverage. My advice, don't trust them. They will say they will look into your insurance and let you know all about it, and then bill you full price. They said it was my responsibility to know what my coverage is, but first appointment they said they would figure it out for me. I feel completely scammed. Now I am in debt and in severe pain for the next year. Thanks Cedar Dental Centre, I will not be booking again with you.

Great service. Have tired out a few dentist this is by far the best one they actual look into your coverage and take the time to do things right. Staff will have you leaving with a great smile :)

We just started seeing the dentists at Cedar Dental and they have been so amazing. Monica is so sweet and is always so welcoming. The new patient appointment is so thorough and they go through everything with you and set up a plan that works perfect for you. I also had a filling the fell out after a year of having it done from my previous dentist and they got me in extremely fast to fix it. The filling turned out perfect and I am now able to eat and drink without discomfort. I would recommend cedar dental to everyone!
