From start to finish I felt in professional hands. I understand Doctors rotate as most do not live in Kamloops, but in order to get quality periodontists this happens. Receptionist efficient and knowledgeable. Assistant for procedure also caring and professional. Dr Nadji did a gum graft of lower front teeth. As I had heard horror stories about gum grafts, I was extremely anxious. He explained everything. Absolutely no pain during or after procedure. Still in recovery mode and following instructions at day 5 after surgery. So far so good. My only complaint was PSG wanting 50.00 for pre procedure ....I opted out. Seemed high price for 1 pill. Overall I was very happy with care, staff and treatment.

I needed 2 implants, along with a procedure to build up the bone in my gums. As someone with high dental anxiety I was facing multiple visits over the course of more than a year. Dr. Ghannad and his team provided outstanding and trustworthy service and were miraculous in alleviating my anxiety. Everything was carefully explained at every step of the way. Dina at the front desk was also a super informative, super efficient, helpful and friendly professional presence. Everyone was so patient and caring with me. Dr. Ghannad has a great sense of gentle humour that helped relax me. But most important, really, is the quality of work. Dr. Ghannad has many many years of experience and is meticulous in his work. He came highly recommended by my own dentist, who uses Dr. Ghannad for himself if he needs this kind of work. Dr. Ghannad’s careful explanations of his choices, the risks and considerations at each stage, were reassuring about his competence, ethics, and respect for his patients. I felt so well cared for at every level that it made a highly intimidating process very manageable. It is now 3 years since the start of the work and my implants work great! Thank you Dr. Ghannad, Dina, and the entire team.

The receptionist honestly answered all my questions. I was very disappointed in the facts. No, it was NOT possible to have my DIAGNOSIS and COST for treatment QUOTE, TREATMENT and FOLLOW UP appointments with the SAME PERIODONTIST from start to finish. The treatment protocol that this business and these professionals follow.... CAN not and WILL NOT provide this! So, I chose to go to ANOTHER local Dentist/periodontist living in Kamloops because it was made clear, that I WANTED and needed to have the SAME dentist provide CONTINUITY of dental care for me. The selection of “drop in doctors” will rotate in and out and come into Kamloops from other centres? Their schedule cannot be predicted. Clearly one doctor will determine and diagnose the treatment, ANOTHER will operate, and ANOTHER will do follow up? Yikes, I definitely would benefit to have ONE Doctor take me through ALL my dental surgery procedures ensuring me with a confidence and awareness they KNOW what is going on. Suggest you ask the right questions for your situation. The periodontist who operates and lives HERE in Kamloops was a better choice for ME! We should demand better health care not drop in dentistry!
