Cedar Crest Resort

Our family has such a great time here! The owners are great people and so accommodating. Awesome food- love that they have homemade ranch! We had our first adventure here last year and we knew we wanted to make this an annual vacation. We're wrapping up our second year here and are already excited to be back next year!

The lake is amazing I have been going there for 25 years. The cabins are nothing fancy but the previous owners were very nice and lay back. Have not meant the new ones yet. One thing for sure it's a very safe environment for kids. It's worth checking out. I gave it 4 starts because of the cabins

Went for lunch. Chicken wings were undercooked. Chicken strips and curly fries were good. The BLT had really thin bacon. Not enough tomatoes, and too much lettuce. She remade new wings but they were just okay. Will not go back.

Cedar crest is a true asset to White Earth Lake . The new owners have taken steps to insure friendly atmosphere and interactions , very good food and beautiful, clean grounds. It is a great family destination. Owners , Brian and Celia are very accommodating to make your visit well worth it.

Note to new owners. It might be best to not rent out cabin 8 until it has been renovated. Overall the condition of the cabin is very poor and outdated .The toilet needs to be replaced. It was leaking somewhere we couldn't figure out where but saw that the pipes had mold on them We had to wipe down the floors a few times because there was so much water the shower rug was soaked after a while we just wore our shoes because it was gross. The TV didn't work. We didn't have paper towels or any drying towels for dishes nothing mentioned by owners that we had to bring our own kitchen supplies So we were using either toilet paper or our bath towels to wipe down our dishes/hands. The carpet needs to be replaced the bottoms of our feet were black the first night so we wore our shoes the rest of the time. Unfortunately the accomodations can make or break an experience and in this case we were not comfortable staying any longer so we checked out early on Sunday. On a side note the lodge is nice. Good food, kid friendly, lots of fun activities for all, kids loved the playground and swimming area. This place has potential only if the cabins get a heavy makeover.

10 STARS!!! The best resort I have ever stayed at personally. They are very nice helpful to new people in the area. Motels are nice and clean and roomy with excellent furniture. If your looking to spend a weekend at the lake with family and friends this is the place for you.

Great food with a bright rustic atmosphere. I recommend the parmesan garlic wings...or any other flavor. Well worth the drive!

A great family resort, with plenty for everyone to do. The lake is gorgeous and one of the cleanest in the state. The resort has access to free paddleboards and paddleboats, with fishing boats and a pontoon available for rent. Cabins are rustic but well maintained, and the lodge has good food and drink options at reasonable prices. Bring your own liquor and they'll sell you the mixers.

The current owners have done so much to update and improve Cedar Crest. It's absolutely beautiful!Service: 4/5

Love love love this place - owners have done an incredible job updating cabins, adding incredible docks and creating a wonderful lodge to kick back and enjoy some time at the lake! The food is just delicious ! Great atmosphere and very friendly staff
