I dropped off two dresses with Maria last night. She perfectly adjusted them within 24 hours and also gave me a discount. I agree that prices are a little steep but her work is really wonderful. I’m really happy with the adjustment. My $60 dress now looks like a $300 item. Thank you very much Maria for the last minute appointment and for your high quality of work.

We have always been pleased with the friendly service and satisfied with the pricing from kingtown dry cleaners. We have been using them for several years without any issue. On more than one occasion they have fixed the holes in my jeans and they always do it with a smile :

I put way too much faith in Maria when I brought four dresses to her months ago. Constant delays. Perhaps covid and crazy wedding season is a factor, but she over promises and under delivers. Does not take measurements so I had to come for multiple fittings luckily I live nearby. I understand she does everything on her own and tailors suits for the business across the street, but it is so unprofessional she keeps taking on more and can’t keep up. I have sympathy for her, but everyone has their stressors and a service should not be one of them. She needs to work on her commitment and professionalism. Such a shame. I hate to leave a bad comment because I know she has talent, but save yourself the stress and find somewhere else.Service: Alterations

They lost the vest of my three piece suit. No attempt to contact or reimburse me after. If you go in you will see how disorganized they are. I doubt I was the first and I wont be the last one whose clothes they loose.

I'm sad to say that my first and only time that I used their services gave a bad first impression. I went in for a patch job, and I was told it would take five days. It was done over a week late, and only because I bothered to remind them. They could stand to take fewer requests in order to address their backlog first. Thankfully, there's no arguing with the quality of the work they did....when they got around to it.

Maria is a good tailor but she is expensive and unprofessional at times. Many times she has told me my clothes will be ready by a certain time/date and they are not done, not even close to being done. I have literally had to wait in her store for an hour while she hems my pants. When you call her out for anything she becomes very rude and she always charges full price regardless if it's her fault. She doesn't even say sorry!! It is a shame that Maria has a bad attitude and poor customer service because I would have liked to continue going to her.

Me and my Fiance have been using this dry cleaner for the last year and I really liked it however after today I will defiantly be taking our business somewhere else. I brought in a dress to be altered and dry-cleaned, my first slip was to be picked up in 4 days time, I went in on the pick up day and it was not ready. Then I asked when it could be ready she again told me to come up about 4 days later, I called ahead no answer so I went in, yet again not ready!!! She then told me to call ahead before picking up, of course no answer called multiple times I finally after over 2 weeks went today to pick up, not only was my dress not yet even steamed, but then I politely complained and she only took 10% 5$ off and charged me the remainder, on top of which was blaming it on someone else and taking zero responsibility! I am upset as I had been going here for a while and I get quite a lot dry-cleaned but I defiantly would never go back. You really need to work on your customer service or you will end up loosing a lot of customers.

They are AMAZING! 10/10 best alterations and dry cleaners. I love this place so much.

My boyfriend went to bring back my clothes a winter coat and a jacket , they found that one of the buttons from my jacket was broken. She said come back later so she can find a similar button and replace it. He went back after a day they had replaced the button with a dissimilar button and the hood from my winter coat is missing! FYI, we paid full price.
