I've been a customer here about half a dozen times. I recently dry cleaned a suit I needed to wear for a close friend's wedding. I dropped it off on a Thursday and specifically asked for it to be ready for Saturday morning. When I went to pick it up, the pants were there but the jacket was not. The lady said the earliest it could be back was on Monday. She said this is normal and refused offering me any kind of compensation for my trouble. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for timely service.
I've cleaned my suit here a few times. They have been fairly reliable and well priced. There was a pants mix-up one time, but it was sorted out quickly.
