I recently had the pleasure of starting my day at Caviar Bistro, a fantastic breakfast spot in Vancouver. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The bistro's location also offered a picturesque view, adding to the overall pleasant ambiance. Let's dive into the food. I tried their Shakshuka and Frittata, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The Shakshuka was bursting with vibrant flavors, and the perfectly cooked eggs were a delight to savor. The Frittata was equally impressive, with its light and fluffy texture and a delightful medley of ingredients. It was clear that the chefs at Caviar Bistro put great care and attention into their breakfast creations. One highlight of my visit was indulging in their sweet Danish pastry. The moment I took a bite, I could taste the freshness. The pastry was flaky and buttery, with just the right amount of sweetness. It was a true treat to enjoy alongside a cup of their incredible coffee. Speaking of coffee, Caviar Bistro certainly knows how to brew a great cup. The aroma alone was enough to entice my taste buds, and the coffee itself was smooth, rich, and simply delightful. It provided the perfect complement to my breakfast experience. In conclusion, if you're in Vancouver and looking for a top-notch breakfast spot, I highly recommend Caviar Bistro. With their welcoming staff, picturesque view, and a menu filled with mouthwatering breakfast options, this place is a true gem.
Beautiful location on the seawall. Visited early morning Had a delicious flat white while resisting the smell of freshly baked goods. Will be back for some of those. I also see they have some adult beverages alcohol. I'll be back to try those before the 7pm close on another day.
Butter croissant is nice and light. Fruit danish is average. Americano has more fruity notes. Overall outdoor atmosphere is refreshing, but a little chaotic with people returning bike rentals next door. Guests turnaround is quite fast so you will mostlikely get seatsFood: 3/5
Best New Coffee / Brunch Spot - Coal Harbour Amazing new brunch spot 30 feet from the water in the Coal Harbour Quay. I would recommend the croissant with the custard and fresh fruit! Amazing coffee, without a doubt the best latte in Coal Harbour.
I have afternoon tea here on a sunny day. Great service, nice people, harbour front view. Feel like I am in Paris tasting my French pastry. They make fresh everyday. If I visit waterfront, I will come again.Food: 5/5
My visit to Caviar Bistro was an absolute delight! The atmosphere exudes charm, and the service was exceptional. The ‘Triple Double’ dish and hot chocolate were an explosion of flavors that left me speechless. And let’s not forget the incredible view of Coal Harbor. it added a touch of magic to the whole experience. This place is a true gem, and I can’t recommend it enough!
This cafe makes absolutely excellent coffees and pastries and they just began to offer delicious brunch and lunch items!! I tried their shakshouka which was absolutely delicious and the eggs were cooked to perfection! Definitely will be a favourite coffee place for me . Really appreciate that they had gluten- free bread too Food: 5/5
I had a delightful experience at the cafe where I enjoyed a double-baked almond croissant and a cup of coffee. The croissant was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a generous amount of almonds adding a delightful crunch. The coffee complemented it perfectly, with its rich flavor and smooth finish. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made my visit even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this cafe for a delicious and relaxing breakfast or snack!!
I had the most delightful experience at Caviar Bistro and Cafe! The chai latte was simply extraordinary - rich and warming with just the right amount of spice. And the music was so lovely, it really added to the atmosphere. But the best part was the breathtaking view from my seat - it was simply amazing. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming spot to relax and enjoy a delicious drink.
