Held father's wake and funeral here. Staff were helpful and, you know, you get what you paid for. Been waiting a month just for an invoice to be reimbursed for the funeral cost, and have contacted them every week since then. Same thing every time: "We'll reach out to our accountant and see if she can get it done!". Needless to say, this amounted to nothing every single week and I'm still waiting. The fact that it takes over a month to produce an invoice for something I paid for already is crazy, is it being hand-chiseled into a stone slab? Incredibly inconsiderate that this is COMMON practice for them. No consideration for people who need reimbursement from such a large cost to pay for other bills.
Has a parking lot that makes a top notch shortcut between Lemarchant and Gear
Caring, professional and they are a great example of humanity and compassion.
