Carnell's is very much showing its age. The carpets and furniture have not been updated in a decade, and dusting appears to occur on a slightly shorter annual schedule. Attempts to move forward technologically with photo slide shows is affected by the staff not paying attention to the fact warning messages and updates are displayed on the screens for hours. There is no doubt that constantly dealing with death can become tiresome, but if you can't show pride in your work, it's time to move on.
