Delicious food for a great price! You have your choice of dining in with proof of vaccination or going with takeout around the back. The menu offers a wide variety of breakfast and lunch items, so there’s something for everyone! We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals! However, I would have appreciated more signage for the self serve drinks. I understand it’s quite busy so I think it’s a great idea, but for newcomers, a sign or two with some prices would be helpful. Overall, the food was great, I would highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for some tasty food in Sooke!
You know a place is good when the locals visit. This is no exception. Super happy with all the food we got, even got a bun to go. I would strongly recommend the breakfast bun with the extra veggies. Unbelievable value and taste, I'm so happy with it. We also got the Monte Carlo which was super cheesy, and the Shrimp Benny, highly recommend both of them. Simply superb, I'd eat here every day if it wasn't on the other side of the country.
Looked for local not overpriced but quality breakfast. Cathy’s was a good surprise I was looking for and did not regret. Eggs Benny, egg sandwich are great breakfast options. Come over and support small local businesses. #livingthedream
We had a great experience! My boyfriend and I ordered the same thing which was a salmon egg benny and a bacon and egg benny. Although both were really good, the salmon benny was the way to go. The fish was so moist and well cooked. They put a lot of hollondaise sauce and the egg was good and runny. I wish I had more space to eat another salmon benny!! The vibe was also very cozy and you can tell the Cathy and her team love their job. The coffee was so good too. Definitely a must try in Sooke!!
Best eggs Benny I have had, homemade pan fry potatoes and heaps of sliced ham .. so yummy. Cute little place that isn’t fancy but has great service, food, and prices. Wish we here longer to try lunch!
We visited this cafe last summer while touring the Island. We all had breakfast on the patio. The best Salmon Benny ever! The owner and team were lovely too. Would highly recommend this little gem. Will definitely go back when in Sooke again.
Service here was super fast despite being quite busy when we were seated. Menu had many many options everything sounding delicious and what we got was definitely so. Would highly recommend and will return myself.Food: 5/5
Food was well beyond expected and the prices were fantastic. When we went in and were told the debit machine wasn't working we almost went somewhere else but decided the short walk to the bank would be ok. So glad we came back it was definitely worth it. Like others mentioned, get the breakfast bun!!Food: 5/5
I just got the monte Carlo it was the best sandwich I've ever bought. My boyfriend got the honey mustard wrap and said it was the best wrap he ever got, the veggies are all crisp and fresh and they are generous with the portion!
Very friendly. Simple but good! Yummy ruben sandwich
