Location is great. One of the only places to stay in town. The rooms definitely show their age but are clean. However, I don't have a fitted sheet on my bed, just a flat sheet and then blankets and a pillow

I needed to book a room for a young family member during a journey from Nelson to Terrace. From the first interaction on the phone to the stay, it was top notch. The kindness, and care put my mind at ease! She had a wonderful, comfortable night. Clean room with everything she needed. Thank you!

Fast wifi, comfy bed, clean room, that's really all I need. The food at Tony's is very good and well priced. The service is great, the front desk lady is very sweet. I recommend the poutine and the cheesecake.

Great price, great staff and great food. I was there for 2 months for a work project. Staff was always kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room was okay but the heat was not on and the room was like an ice rink all night. Even having the heat full blast it never warmed up to room temperature. I know if no one is using it then you might not put the heat on. But if you have reservations for a room then they should turn on the heat before you arrive so it's nice and warm when we check in. Especially in the middle of winter when it's -26 DG Celsius outside.
