Went to use a computer and was denied because the lady didnt want to take the "long process" of making me a member! What a joke public library! Librarian is just a lazy old coot! If i could give it less than 1 star i would .. totally unacceptable

A joke. Go to another library with better staff. Only old crusty ladies here since Emily left. Was refused checking out books because of a $1 late fee on my card. $1. Wasn’t allowed to come back and pay itit’s cash only $1!! Wow. My daughter was super disappointed.

Don’t bother. After 4 years of it being closed every time I’ve been wanting to go It’s rarely open I just decided to pay the yearly fee and get a card with the City of Ottawa. Added bonus; better selection from what I hear.

Open and caring staff that host multiple community events. Good selection and opportunities to have good books brought in. Amazing library
