Super friendly place and great service! But don't expect to win at slots, machines rarely payout, and bonus spins normally don't pay much. Fun place if you don't get carried away.
Years ago when it was @ Lakeside Resort I would give a 5, however lack of staffing now only 1or 2 attendants on floor, wait 15 min to have your machine reserve or even to come help when there is a reel tilt.nMost staff are great, friendly and awsomwesauce. Some others should either say fk it and collect pension earlier or move on. People quit due to poor sloppy management not the job.
We come here every time we vacation just for fun, we always have a good time. Staff is very professional but not intimidating like other casinos, will be back next time.
Matches Eatery & Public House Rooftop Lounge. Excellent service from the friendly staff and exceptional leadership and attention to detail from the up and coming daily bartender Rowan. To top it all the absolute best burger I have ever had and that's a tall order but they did it and I'm not even mad. I tried to be but it didn't work. Outstanding experience today at Matches rooftop for a next level lunch hr.
smallish and was hoping to play poker but unfortunately was on waitlist and didn't get on the table but all staff dealt with was polite and courteous.
