Super friendly place and great service! But don't expect to win at slots, machines rarely payout, and bonus spins normally don't pay much. Fun place if you don't get carried away.
We came from out of town with a group of friends. Watched a great show and went to play some games at the Casino after and grab a bite to eat. We arrived and waited in line to get in and once at the door the security was asking random questions. He asked one of the guys in our group what the date was. He is dyslexic and not great with numbers and being on the spot and got the date wrong. He then said he was too intoxicated to enter. We actually thought he was joking at first but he was serious. He was Infact not intoxicated. Our group was full of first responders who actually do not drink. The security guy said they have issues with alcohol at the casino and obviously was projecting the casinos issues onto innocent patrons. We had a very large group meeting for food and gambling and ended up having to go elsewhere. We watched him do this to multiple people behind us who were also clearly not intoxicated. Not sure why he was being predjustice against certain people. I highly recommend if you are looking for a night out with friends you choose a different location than this casino.
After attending a great event, my group and I decided to spend the rest of the evening at the casino. We waited patiently in line, and when it was our turn, security questioned us about drinking. I honestly stated that I had two drinks over the past few hours. They then asked if we were driving, to which we replied no—we were staying at a hotel across the road.nnNext, we were abruptly asked for the date. Admittedly, I wasn’t sure if it was the 4th or 5th, but we showed no other signs of intoxication slurred speech, stumbling, etc.. Despite this, we were denied entry and banned from the property solely for not knowing the exact date.nnThis unfair decision ruined our plans, as we had a party of 15 joining us later. Instead of a fun night out, our evening ended early due to an unreasonable judgment call. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone else wasting their time with such poorly trained entry staff
Security told us we were too “intoxicated”. We were not intoxicated. They turned us away based on our “body language”. Security preceded to tell us they have been doing this for 30 years and can tell when people aren’t fit for the casino. Security may in fact just be salty that they didn’t make it into the police academy. Horrible service and terrible business sense.
Terrible first experience at this Casino. After our concert, we headed over to this Casino to join some friends. We were denied entry because we did not know today’s exact date. None of us had had a single drink this evening - yet we were told that we were “too intoxicated” to enter. Shame on this horrible business.
