We had breakfast there with our Chilliwack Seniors bus tour. The omlet and eggs Benedict were absolutely fantastic. The staff was super friendly. Thank you for having us!!!

I had the pleasure of playing at a poker table dealt by Ramsay at Cascades Casino Langley, and he was outstanding. Ramsay is professional, honest, transparent, and consistently fair in every aspect of the game. He does an excellent job of keeping the table running smoothly while ensuring that everyone follows the rules.nnWhat impressed me most was how attentive he is to the game. He doesn’t allow anyone to take advantage of a situation, talk over others, or try to gain an unfair edge. He treats every player with respect and applies the rules equally to everyone, which creates a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere at the table.nnOn top of being an excellent dealer, Ramsay is genuinely friendly and approachable. His positive attitude and professionalism make the casino experience much more enjoyable. Cascades is fortunate to have a dealer of his caliber. He definitely deserves a managerial position. Highly recommended!

Not very good food quality. Ordered a mushroom burger gravy and fries. Small amount of fries. The burger was bland no seasoning to many onions and lettuce not enough mushrooms. The bun was soaked and soggy. Discusting couldn't finish eating it. Had Better from McDonald's. For $27 it should have been a lot better. There was no quality or pride from the cooking staff.

Attended the Fire and Ice New Year event and we were blown away by the service the host Suzie gave. She made sure we were taken care of and genuinely wanted every guest to have a good time. Thank you again for the great event!

This casino feels very rundown and poorly managed. Many of the display screens and machines appear broken or outdated, and the overall atmosphere is dirty, neglected, and uncomfortable. The staff, especially some dealers and pit bosses, often seem unhappy, unfriendly, and unprofessional. At times, dealers were rolling their eyes at players and openly speaking in another language, with pit bosses at the tables in ways that felt disrespectful and insulting toward customers.nnSecurity and table management also seem extremely lax. There were individuals lingering closely behind players at tables, often betting behind other players’ backs and placing bets on the same table spaces. This created an uncomfortable and completely unnecessary situation that felt intrusive and raised serious security concerns. Staff appeared to do little or nothing to control or prevent this behavior, making the environment feel poorly supervised and unsafe for customers trying to enjoy the games.nnLate at night, intoxicated and disruptive individuals were still allowed to continue gambling, even while being loud and disturbing the atmosphere, seemingly until they lost all their money. The overall impression is that management lacks proper oversight and does not prioritize customer experience, professionalism, or safety.nnThis casino desperately needs improvements to its interior, cleanliness, staff professionalism, management standards, and overall security. In its current state, it feels unwelcoming, poorly operated, and far below the standard expected from a reputable casino.
