Cascade Coin Laundry

Location signing is covered by temporary scaffolding and white worker sheeting. But it is located in the middle of the block. Once you are parked and walking on the sidewalk, the sign is clearly visible. The location from the street doesn’t look like a small 3-level mall. But indoors, Cascade Shops includes a IDA Neighborly Pharmacy 2 levels, a food court also in the “basement”, and other mall type shops. I didn’t go up to the top floor. Laundry is as great as the other reviews say, but if you’re health conscious, wear a mask. Mid day on a Tuesday during the height of tourist season was busy. Oh one more thing there is indoor parking but probably available from the back of the business. I was dropped off, then my partner parked at a free lot and we walked back.

Very clean and well maintained laundromat. I am impressed

Well I can't be that choosy but this laundromat is superclean, has restrooms right outside and nice washers and dryers. It costs $5 to wash in a regular sized top loader. I thought that was spendy. The dryers are 25 cents for 3 minutes which was ok. It's in a little mall like area.

Hard to find as the entry door off the street looks like it is for a financial institution and signage is small. In the middle of downtown Banff so don't expect to park your camper conveniently close. We parked a couple of blocks down. Place is small but clean and staffed so easy to get change as you need it. We had 3 very large loads and spent $38. Nothing in Banff is cheap. You can run to IGA or liquor store in between loads as they are in same block.

We are travelling across Canada by RV. Stopped in Banff and found this place to do some laundry. Parking right out front on the street no RV obstructions. Metered machine permit parking that was $9 for 3hrs. Which is fine. We will likely do some shopping too. The gentleman working here is named Joon. He is so nice and helpful. The laundromat is very clean and organized, with lots of machines. Roughly $8 a load to wash and dry, I would say. You will need loonies for the washer and quarters for the dryer. It is located in the basement level. There are a set of doors to the outside at street entrance.

This laundry is such a lifesaver saver for all visitors of Banff national park. We’re camping here for 11 days and laundry was more than necessary. Place was nice and clean and people working here are helpful and very kind.

I feel odd reviewing a laundromat but it really was a great laundromat so felt it warranted the review! Very large with lots of washing machines and dryers, friendly helpful owners, free wifi. Felt more trustworthy than other laundromats I have been to wasn’t worried about clothes being stolen etc.

Used the wash, dry and fold service whilst on holiday. Thrilled with the convenience, cleanliness and customer service. Staff was very friendly and kind. Highly recommend

Very clean. Helpful staff. Machines are in good working order and sizes for everything you would need.

Dropped our huge bag of clothes off for wash and fold service and were told it would be ready after 2. The clothes were ready and very neatly folded and packed into bags. Just excellent service!
