Seriously delicious! Way better than any Olive Garden! The bread with oil and herbs that you get for free was super delicious! My boyfriend got the pork chops. I usually am not fond of pork chops - ever, but i tries his and they were to die for! I had the chicken ravioli I forget what it’s called but it was fantastic! Also the bathroom stalls were very private with full closed doors which was super cool. Will definitely be back again!
One of my favorite chain Italian places. Food is good, I don’t branch out much as I always get the Pasta Weasie. The only thing I could critique when visiting recently the staff when walking in wasn’t friendly or super attentive for that matter. Servers are usually pretty good.
No matter where I travel across the country, every time I eat at Carrabba's, I've had awesome food! Especially being gluten free, they are very knowledgeable and the preparation or modifications seem effortless.
While I'm not quite sure why we've never eaten at Carabba's before - I guess we've always just veered to Bonefish Grill instead - we stopped for my daughter's birthday dinner on Friday, June 25th, as she is a fan of Italian cuisine.  We were greeted and seated promptly and courteously.  We were surprised that it wasn't too busy as it was an early Friday evening at a restaurant in Brookfield.  Carabba's has a dark, rustic Italian wine cellar vibe.  The service was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The meal started with warm Italian bread and herbed olive oil.  For starters we ordered mozzarella sticks and fried calamari - both lightly breaded, crispy and served with a tasty marinara dipping sauce.  We had caesar and house Italian salads before the entrees arrived.  For dinner we had:  Salmon Saporito with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Rigatoni Martino, Lobster Ravioli & the Tuscan-Grilled Ribeye with Spicy Sicilian Butter and Fries.  Portions were ample, everyone enjoyed their meals and the Italian food cravings were completely satisfied.  We told the server that it was our daughter's birthday dinner.  At the end of the meal, the server presented our daughter a birthday card signed by all of the employees and a piece of Sogno Di Ciocclata with a lit candle and four forks for sharing - gratis - this was a really nice, personal touch and really made our evening at Carabba's.  Forget The Olive Garden - for Italian in Brookfield, Carabba's is where it's at.
One of our favorite restaurants. Very authentic, flavorful dishes on the menu. Great menu with lots of delicious choices. Clean restaurant. Friendly service. Just wish people would stop talking over the food on the counter, where they put food when it's ready to serve. And the cook staff talking and goofing around with new managers so loudly.
My wife and I eat here at least twice a month. We try to go during happy hour for the discount drink specials. Excellent entrees and salads! Great staff. We often have Adam for our server. He is friendly, attentive, and efficient.
I'm a little frustrated with the curbside pick up. I placed a 200 dollar+ order for family Labor day weekend, I left a 50 dollar tip, got everything home and it was a train wreck. They made it right, but it was a spoiler on a big family dinner. I picked up 4 meals today, 10/14, 100 dollars plus. I've had some past experiences where if you don't put in a special request, you will get a tiny pouch of olive oil, 1 spice, and 1 little loaf of bread, if I dine in I can request more endlessly, not sure how this little provided add on isn't thought about how it would provide for 4 people. So there is a request section. I requested extra bread, oil, spices. I looked through my order before I left. The salad I got couldn't feed a rabbit. There was 1 loaf of bread, no oil, no spices. This locations curbside pick up has alot to be desired. I highly recommend checking your order before leaving, there is no attention paid to detail or forward thinking. Still left a 20% tip but I'm not sure why. Calling and complaining gets old, sometimes better to be done. One of my favorite places, started with the Greenfield location 25 plus years ago. Something is lacking. The soup had potatoes in it? No chicken. This restaurant has lost its game. Parking lot empty.
Our waitress Haliey is amazing, attentive, friendly, always checking in to make sure things are going well. Food was decent, drinks just a little more training in how to make sangria’s and gin, and tonic. If you’re going to do some coaching with team members pull them aside and not near customers to hear. The hostess team I understand is young but that team holds first impressions and ignoring us was not a good start, we had to say something for their attention while they carried a personal conversation and blank stares. I can’t say this enough Hailey made the experience! She should mentor her team members who are walking around with an attitude.
The food was prepared very well from the salad to the dessert. Great flavors and big portions. Our waitress, Alyssa, was kind, professional and attentive. I highly recommend Allyssa. Parking: Close and spacious parking
Food was really good. Service was slow. There weren't a lot of other customers so not sure what was going on there. We ordered the calamari and stuffed mushrooms and both were really good. For entrees we had build your own pizza deal with wine on Wednesdays and then Fettuccine Weesie Shrimp Alfredo. The pasta dish tasted great and included a good amount of shrimp.
