Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had much needed items in stock and were open! I picked up an oil filter for my van in the morning. Then when my boyfriend went to change out the oil pan there was no gasket included bought that elsewhere They had the right one in stock but were closing at 5. I was about 20 minutes away. They let me put it on my credit card and left it outside for me. My van was taken apart and couldn't wait so was so grateful. Their prices are decent as well.
Got the part and she put it on for me except I should have been asked if I wanted the old gas cap as the new one doesn't hang on attachment like the old one and we weren't sure if this was the reason for the emission light coming on. Lesson learned.
Love the store! Clean and well organized! They definitely went out of their way to help me find a part I needed! Great variety of products too!
My #1 place to go for parts. The customer service is always great, and the selection of parts, fluids and hardware is un matched.
