Would have given zero stars if possible. Had a new construction project, 50k for flooring and had many promises or greatness with delivery of disappointment. "Design" personal only really sales, and "best install crew" only subs no control of connection to company. Slow and uncaring. Would not use again for any project, including the ones we have going on now. AVOID
