Update: My husband craves these cookies. I refused to buy them due to shipping costs but he found a coupon and we all are now enjoying the cookies. They are great. It is what it is with shipping. Find a coupon.
I can’t have dairy. We recently tried your plant based chocolate chip cookies from the New Seasons store. Thank you for producing dairy free cookies that are soft and chewy and absolutely delicious!

Absolutely love these cookies ! and pay any cost to have them delivered to NYC so worth it. I freeze them until ready and they are always fresh! One cookie can be cut in 4 pieces and shared and even a quarter of the cookie is perfect
I’m usually not a fan of overly big cookies. I like thin, crispy cookies. However…OMG! These are AMAZING! I selfishly want to keep them all to myself. I can’t wait to try some other flavors.
Really great quality cookies. I've received them as gifts and purchased them for others. The Heath and the Snickerdoodle are our favorites, though the others are just as good. Cookies are large enough to share with two or three. And they freeze so well! Not that we have too many left to freeze, but if you have self control, you can freeze them for a couple of months and they taste just as good as day 1.
Haven't had any of the cookies for several years but I remember them being very good. I used to maintain the packaging equipment they used to individually bag the cookies. Carol would always be nice and send me off with a cookie or two. They were delicious.
I've always loved Carol's Cookies and just picked up some of the plant based chip cookies at Sunset Foods. They are WONDERFUL. So happy that Carol's now offers this alternative.
Federal Express lost label- contact info . so the person i sent the cookies to as a gift never got them. Federal Express didn’t notify me that there was a problem. Info stated item was to be delivered, but recipient never got them. Carols Cookies was closed, couldn’t notify anyone what happened. Had to wait...poor customer service. wouldn’t order from them again
