Great experience at Carle Ford purchasing a F250. Salesperson Jean-Francois and Frederic in finance, both very easy to get along with. Always kept me informed during the whole process. Very relaxed and no pressure environment. Will recommend to family and friends.
My husband and I wanted to trade in our Chevy before the next payment for it went through so we stopped here since we were in town for a vet visit anyways.nEveryone was friendly, and very accommodating of our time limit. We are very pleased with our purchase and the customer service.nIt's always a scary thing to go to a car dealer since it's common knowledge that they can be scammy.nBut our experience was the exception and they left us feeling at ease and happy we chose this location.nThey spoke mostly french and that wasn't a problem since my husband does as well, but I am sure they would happily find someone to communicate in english.nIt was easy to get this location, there wasn't a lot of parking, but there was a few spots.nHighly recommend.nAlso, we love our new used truck! If you're looking for a great truck, Ford has really stepped up in the last 5 years.

Their customer service was so incredible, they went above and beyond to work with me on what I wanted and needed and made me feel confident throughout the entire process.nI was very skeptical making a purchase online without seeing the vehicle, but now that it is in my driveway, I could not be happier.nThank you for making the purchase of my vehicle less stressful and easier than I had anticipated.nI would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.
