Hands down the best dealership I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From start to finish they worked closely with me, addressed my needs, got me into my new vehicle and went the extra mile to ensure a smooth, painless process. My salesman was Mickael, he was great! And Roger (finance) was phenomenal as well! Highly recommended, it is worth the drive, trust me!! These guys are great!

This dealer was my brother's first choice to purchase a 2017 Dodge Rebel. The finance manager did not seem very friendly or communicative with us and left us with a sour taste in our mouths. We told the sales rep we weren't very happy with the service and once the finance manager told us she would be waiting till the next morning to get back to us we left the dealership. We called a different dealership and got much better care and service from all staff members. The next day, we never even got a call from the finance manager in Buckingham, not even the sales reps. So we went with our new dealer and we're glad with our final choice. It was a disappointing experience with Buckingham and a waste of time and money to get there from Gatineau.
