Food is delicious. The service is sub par. They seem friendly, but they act like they’re in a hurry to get you out of there as fast as they can. They feel like they’re rushing your order, then they make you pull around and park, even if there’s nobody behind you, to keep their drive through times down. But then takes a while to get your food when you’re parked.once you’re not in the drive through, their sense of urgency seems to fade.
Carl's jr is famous for commercials where ladies eating hamburgers with ketchup and mayo don't all over the place, then they translate that into a drippy burger. However, only give you one freaking napkin. Thats if the order is correct.Food: 3/5
It was so nice for a change to have the food made right the first time. The staff was helpful and kind. The food was super delicious. It was so wet and miserable outside. The warm building was very welcoming.Food: 4/5

Foods great and fresh. However they are constantly out of shake ice cream. They are always out of staple foods. Like selling burgers but you constantly run out of beef. That's a problem easily solved but they don't do itFood: 5/5
I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes before dude came out with my order as well as the next two. Not a fan of waiting for other people's food. Then one of my large fries turned out to be a small fry. This location only gets worse as time goes by. Worst carl's ever.
I love Hardee's Carl's Jr. But I hate it when they don't know how to make gravy. I paid for 2 biscuits and gravy. When you bake biscuits you're supposed to butter them like all other Hardee's do. This Hardee's doesn't. The gravy was way too thin. Too soupy. I couldn't eat it. I put it on the counter and walked out.

The food tasted good. The service was what you would expect. I ordered a $7 box and my wife a $6. The patties on the burgers were TINY. My daughters kids burger was bigger than ours. We did not get the sliders either.
Food was great as always. Very fresh and hot! Staff made my order wrong the first go around but made me a new order and let me have the wrong food too! The only problem was it was sooo hot in there. We must have found the only table that was also a heater lol.Food: 5/5
