The steak didn’t have much flavor. I should’ve ordered it medium, instead of medium well. By the time I made it home it was well done. Unless it was well done to begin with. I stay 10 minutes away. The Mac and cheese was ok. Just had to had salt and mix up the cheese that was beneath the noodles. I did add extra cheese once I got home with salt and pepper. The boneless chicken was good. Didn’t do anything extra to that. I added extra bbq sauce to the ribs, otherwise they were good to go. The fries and garlic green beans were good as well, just needed salt and pepper. Oh and I added shredded cheese to the green beans sitting in the restaurant, I wouldn’t have liked my meal as much. But taking it home and adding stuff like seasoning and cheese made it so much better.
The food was all microwaved. I have had better food at Chucky Cheese. The Coleslaw was sour tasting, and the nachos were cold with chucks of tasteless beef on top. Guacamole had a funky taste. Chicken tenders were brought from the Walmart freezer section and not the espensive Tyson's brand, lol, & they were very salty as well. Omg, my sprite tasted like old tap water with sprite syrup added. The fish and chips were horrible. Gordon fisherman fish would have been better than the fish that they serve. The fries tasted like oven cook fries that was over cooked and then dropped in cooking grease and were put back in the oven. The list goes on and on. The food is not worth the price or effort to even go there and eat. Never again!!
This is by far the worst place ever to send someone pasta with no sauce. If i could do a review without a star thats what I would give them.. Then to say since my husband picked it up they would not fix it and he should have looked at it before leaving. Im sure he thought what I did that the sauce was at the bottom of the container and for someone who dont eat pasta he wouldnt know. Manager just horrible and I see why people dont go here.. 0 stars
The food was actually good. Just cold… Well, if you don’t mind waiting over 30plus minutes for your food. Hear the same excuse repeated and have an employee yell at you to the point you wanted to rip the tongue piercing from his mouth go ahead. You’ll love hearing how the amount of $$$ the order they’re working on costs while being handed your cold order! It was so thrilling to hear the attitude and defensive responses every step of the way. You’ll also enjoy employees walking by you not answering questions. You’ll be pleased that the manager doesn’t apologize or offer any kind of reconciliation. They all look like one happy family of people that have better things to do than to give great customer service and hot food. Amazing!

Okay so we had a big crowd when we came in and they accommodated us. That was very much appreciated. Our server and I didn't get his name because he was so busy, could have had more help, but he did his best and waited on us. The food was slow coming, but it was good and it was hot when we got it! Kid-friendliness: Yes this a family place so children are welcomed and feel comfortable eating there. Parking: The parking was good, and there is wheelchair accessible parking as well making access to the restaurant very easy.
Where do I start. Waited 10 minutes to be seated, as employees walked past or avoided our direction without acknowledging us. Upon being seated by this young man, he stated he would return. About another 10 minutes, another server came and stated we were at her table and she would take care of us. Which was a joke. She took our drink and appetizers and didn't return for another 10 minutes. Our appetizers came before the drinks. No cutlery, no small plates.We were about to leave when she returned our drinks. You could tell they had been sitting for a while and they were awful. We were told the bartender was in training. Food order placed, 30 minutes later food came, boneless wings looked like boneless knuckles, hard cold fries. Forget about the refills on food or water.Asked for manager, she stated she could not come out because she was cooking. Waiting for the check, the next table behind our table requested the manager also. When she finally came out, her entire demeanor was unprofessional, rude and down right ugly to them. It was so bad we decided not to speak with her. This was by far the worst experience at Applebee's I have experience. I stopped going to this particular restaurant because it has truly gone down, but I thought maybe it had improved. The joke on me.
This Applebee's was really cool and laid back. If you are looking for a good drink and some good food stop here. Bartender was great food was fresh and delicious. I had the top shelf long island and the oriental chicken salad. Very tasty.
Please be sure to keep a copy of your receipts and check your card statements. A waitress is giving herself tips ON TOP of the tips given to her in cash. I called the store several times to resolve the issue, spoken with two managers both stating that the charge would be reversed and it hasn’t. I visited the restaurant on 2/18/23. I’ve since called my bank to dispute the charges. Trying to give folks the benefit of the doubt. I’ve been a waitress in my past and I’ve NEVER STOLEN money from my customers even when they DID NOT tip. I wouldn’t recommend this location simply because they are stealing, management does not care about their customers, and the food was not that great. I work extremely hard for my money and do not appreciate the waitress making additional copies of the receipt just to write in extra money and then forge my signature. FRAUD!!
