Carl's Jr. Green Burrito

Fries were gross, bean burritos were cold and 80% cheese, I got a grilled steak burrito and it was horrible the "steak" was cubed half raw beef the kind that would be used in a stew and my $6 burrito never came with my order, it was also cold. My husband went to the front to ask about it and was ignored for a few minutes as they rang up other customers. On the plus side the place is renovated and modern, but th prices are pretty high too.

I rarely give less thaan 3 stars but these people deserved it. Ordered 5 tacos with sour cream and a drink, none had sour cream on them. They gave me a small side which barely covered the tacos, $3ish for that little cup. My complaint is in the price, food was actually good though.

Never been to a Carl's jr before but being a first time, I won't return, cold hamburger, old fries, dirty atmosphere, and I mean everywhere, overflowing garbage, dirty drink station, dirty tables I and floors flies around everywhere, someone needs to check this place out for food prep regulations.. easily 30 plus flies.. can't even finish my meal..

This place is a dump. Fries taste like they were cooked yesterday, burger is cold. This is a Truck stop. Truck drivers only have 30 mins. for there break. It took 30 mins. just to get my food. 1 driver was here before me and he was still here waiting for his food when I was almost done with mine. Totally unacceptable. Tables were dirty all the napkin holders were empty. If I owned this place I'd fire everyone here. Ridiculous.

A 45 minute wait for 1 burritos and a burger.... I was traveling and in a rush due to car trouble....and it took 45 minutes to get my to-go order.... and NO-ONE in that place looked in much of a hurry.... very disappointed in the service.
