The office staff and nurses are very helpful and friendly. The cardiologist is very knowledgeable and professional.
Don’t explain what is wrong and leave you wondering and researching online. Then you call and ask questions and they give you more to worry about and tell you to ask your doctor next time you see him.
Starting with the reception area being very organized and the staff which is very helpful and accommodating to your needs. The nurse that took my information in the room was great. She was kind and understanding, willing to hear everything that I had to say. What a great feeling of comfort and putting your mind at ease. The Doctor I met in the hospital. At that time I decided to follow up with him. Great caring personality and really knows his profession. I would recommend this doctor and staff to everyone.
Just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how impressed I am with your staff. The girls in the front office or concise and quick and Jessica was so sweet helping me set up an appointment. Your nurse Jackie was so sweet and helpful my first two appointments one of them which was a stress test. Linda was great with my stress test and I just recently had a nuclear stress test and Tom was very good as well. The young lady who injected me with the radioactive isotopes I don’t recall her name but she was very very sweet and very very helpful. When you’re going through something regarding the heart is so important to have trust in your caregivers and your staff certainly goes above and beyond. Needless to say Dr Scott Schwartz is so personable and so informative and made me feel very much at ease as we have reviewed my tests. Dr. Schwarz is a fantastic cardiologist! I came to him over 4yrs ago with a high calcium score which was obtained from a calcium scoring test performed on my heart. He first of all put me at ease & then prescribe the proper medication to treat the condition. He also prescribed various tests & lifestyle changes for me. As a result, my Blood work has been fine & I feel good. I believe that he has reduced my chances of having a stroke or a heart attack. I also want to mention that the nurses, technicians, & office staff are wonderul. I can't say enough about Dr. Schwarz, the the nurses, technicians & office staff @Cardiology Associates of Sussex County.
After waiting 6 WEEKS for a stress test they call me the morning of to CANCEL!! stating their tech had to go home sick that I understand but the next available is 4 WEEKS away. Very poor customer service. Won't even give them the one star but you are forced to do at least one.
I have been seeing Dr Schwarz for several years and truly feel comfortable speaking with him. I have a follow up every 3 months, ekg and all. My heart goes out to him.
Very efficient office, at least when I go, which is always first thing in the morning. Dr. O’Keefe is wonderful…takes time to explain everything and doesn’t make you feel rushed.
Pleasant experience, on time and all involved were knowledgeable.
Can't get no one to answer a phone....regardless of what department there in......sad
