Where to start? We were sitting at our table for roughly 30+ mins before we finally could stop a server to order drinks. When she came back with our drinks she had brought an Island Red instead of the Blueberry my partner ordered. When he said he had ordered a blueberry and that looked like a red, she said well try it and see. I ordered the Raspberry Mojito. Sounded good, but was terrible. The raspberries were likely thawed from frozen and were complete mush that kept getting stuck in the straw making it impossible to drink. It mostly tasted like simple syrup. When I brought it back and asked for a regular Mojito they said they were out of mint. When our food arrived the Nachos I had ordered without jalapenos were covered with, get this, jalapenos! At this point I just kept them because let's be honest, they'd probably mess it up again. Next, my partner ordered another beer, which came in a lovely glass rimmed with lipstick. Our friends ordered the chicken quesadilla which tasted disgusting. The chicken was rubbery and tasted as if it had been cooked in the microwave. The server, who only came over to check on our food after everyone had finished eating, however, said she was surprised because the "chef" had cooked it fresh. Another friend ordered her drink and got served a glass that had cleared been rimmed for a caesar and not properly washed. The rest of our groups food was meh, subpar. When we asked for our bills our server had to ask us all what we had ordered and drank again. I gave one star because I couldn't give 0 stars and because she did give us 15% off our meal for making so many mistakes, even though she told me she was going to give me 25% off. As a former server, I understand it is human to make a mistake or two, but this was just ridiculous. It was mistake after mistake after mistake. And no manager came out to see us to apologize. The establishment was not busy in the least and there was no reason for us to receive the terrible service and food that we did. I have never ever not tipped at least 15% at a restaurant until tonight. Guaranteed we will not be returning, nor ever recommending this to friends or family.

This is a great place to relax on the patio and eat Fish & Chips!
