Story

Architectural splendor meets casual fine dining in one of Charlottetown’s beautiful heritage buildings. The Pilot House offers warm hospitality in the Pub, the Dining Room, and the bistro ‘Queue’. The Pub and Dining room welcome you with a rich classic décor, and Queue has a contemporary feel and features an outdoor patio. We purchase locally whenever possible and offer fresh and organic produce. Our diverse menu is designed to please the most discerning, and we strive to make your dining experience a pleasurable one.

We had a wonderful experience at the Pilot House. We had been tended to by Amy and Jodi, both simply delightful person! Amy was kind, professional and knowledgeable, even talked to us in french wonderfully (our native language) which made us at ease very quick. Jodi was energetic, funny and her voice had a musical tone to it making every moment spent in her company a bliss. The food was very good and the dessert so tasteful I almost forgot I had a scotch (which is almost a point of concern when you know me!) the staff was quick to help their colleagues during rush and it made the service being quick and very pleasant. It is a very good end to a wonderful trip on Prince Edward Island! Thanks to your wonderful team for this evening!

Amazing service and food. We were in a pinch for time because we were heading to see Anne with our family. They got us in and out super fast. Our server was amazing and our family had a great meal. We would go back in a heartbeat.

A very elegant bar & grill in which we had our first meal on the island after leaving YYG and on our way to The Crick. The Pilot House offers fresh, organic and generally locally-sourced ingredients. After waiting for a table at the bar (complete with large screens for the games) and having PEI brewed ales, we sat at a high four-top just a few feet away, still technically in the bar area. Mussels, chowder, fish & chips, and scallops were all very well prepared and we had a good time. Definitely worth the detour
